1.Why can't I view a document as a PDF? (Adobe® Acrobat Reader® problem ?)
Some clients have reported problems using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 to open certain documents. We recommend that you upgrade your Acrobat Reader software to the latest version. 
 
2.If a document is missing or corrupt what should I do?
i.If you identify a missing or corrupt document, click the Contact us to notify us.
ii.On the Contact Us page, select Enquiry.Include as much detail as possible in the comments box, e.g. journal name, volume, issue,page number.
iii.Click Send to submit the information to us.
 
3.I've forgotten my password or username, what do I do?
i.In the Login box, click Forgotten your username or password.
ii.Enter your email address.
iii.Click Submit.
 
Your username and password will be sent to the email address you entered.
