Current study examined the effects of using emails on the improvement of writing performance of ESL learners in terms of syntactical complexity, lexical complexity and grammatical accuracy. Subjects in present study were ESL learners at a language institute in Pakistan. Linguistic analysis of the writing samples of learners was executed by the application of two computerized text analysis programs, i.e. “wordsmith tools” (Scott, 1996) and “word perfect 10”. By applying mixed method of research, the study results showed that L2 learners improved syntactic and lexical complexity of their writing through email based writing activities than their in-class writing activities. However, they made more errors in terms of grammar accuracy while corresponding through email. Results from students’ self- report revealed that email based learning approach could help students to learn and enhance their English writing skills while generating enthusiasm, learner autonomy and engagement alongside.

The aim of this research is to identify the ways of management, the effectiveness and the direction of the non option life skill subject teacher’s leadership as the head panel of the subject and to know the different ways of management and qualities of leadership of the teacher. A total of 20 teachers from the district of Batu Pahat were chosen randomly to be involved in this research. The instruments used were questionnaires to define the ways of management, effectiveness and the directions of their leadership as a non option head panel. At the same time, patterns of management and qualities of leadership are also being tested. In this research, descriptive analysis of mod and min is used the result of the research. The overall result of the research, where the min scored for the respondent for all items, in the questionnaire is 4.32. This value implicate that these respondents had positive perceptions on the practices that visualize the leadership of a teacher.

Extra-curricular activities can indirectly increase the level of self-esteem tertiary students nowadays for playing an important role in education. To foster the formation of personality and unity. As the younger generation and people in this country in the curriculum can instill feelings of goodwill, unity, national integration and inculcating good values while participating in these activities. In accordance with the core curriculum to develop human capital to establish the effectiveness of the self-esteem of students. This study shows that extra-curricular activities provide efficacy against identity university students nowadays.

The study is related with the strengths and weaknesses of the integrated curriculum and the intelligent use of latest technologies in it. The study also pointed out that why there is a sort of hesitancy in using technologies. Integrated curriculum has certain important features as it gives the students a holistic look of the world and improved their ability to make connections around the topic. It required a great deal of efforts and skills on the part of the teacher and it needs excellent planning and team work too. The slow learners find it difficult to follow this curriculum pattern and he technology integration make them more confused. Technology integration is the modern trend of education and must be integrated in all the subjects in keeping mind the aims of the education and must be relevant to students’ needs.

Human rights education has gained increasing importance in higher education as evidenced in UN declarations. The Second World War that took place from 1939 to 1945 involved the people of British West Africa who fought on the side of their colonial masters, the British. This article aims to identify the impact of the course the School-Based Assessment (SBA) against the level of understanding of teachers Living Skills in secondary schools for producing management system SBA that efficiently and effectively. School-Based Assessment (SBA) implemented in phases starting in early 2011 was a transformation in the education system to develop human capital in a holistic manner with emphasize the mastery of knowledge, intellectual capital, and the adoption of a progressive culture that values, ethics and morality. To meet this educational transformation, the Teacher Education Division has provided appropriate training programs and sufficient for increasing understanding among teachers in the management of SBA. For manage the school-based assessment, teachers must understand how SBA implementation carried out can be planned, administered, give scores, and reported in a systematic manner in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Malaysian Examinations Board (MMB). Through a strong understanding can help teachers implement assessment tasks properly and efficiently in increasing the effectiveness of teaching. This article provides information on the analysis of the level of understanding living skills teachers was attending a SBA course so as to create an efficient management assessment.
