The objective of the study was assessment and mapping of the community villages in order to rank degree of vulnerabilities to climate change. On sensitivity to vulnerability, the majority of the respondents indicated that it was high (59.6%), medium (16.3%) and low (20.8%).of which on response to exposure to vulnerability, the respondents who indicated high (61.7%), medium (24.2% and low (11.3%).On vulnerabilities in response to adaptive capacity to vulnerability, was high (3.3%), medium (12.5%) and low (81.3%).This study demonstrated that participatory approach of addressing vulnerability to climate change which involved all stakeholders is effective in this dry forested pastoral ecosystem.

Cognition is the mental processing that includes the attention of working memory, language comprehension, reasoning, etc. Reading is a basic and essential skill and has its own set of cognitive advantages which includes; the ability to empathize, reduction in stress levels, better analytical skills, etc. In the novel To Kill a Mocking Bird, Atticus Finch is a character who indulges in the seraphic pleasure of reading. The paper aims at bringing out how reading visibly impacts his character, as he stands juxtaposed in myriads of arenas, to the people of his race. Scientists have conducted a detailed research and have declared that reading has the following advantages.

The issue of copyright infringement spans across different sectors of the economy: ranging from the film industry, music, literary, as well as academics (plagiarism); just to mention but few. Software industry is another sector that is plagued with the menace of the software piracy. The practice started date back to late 1970s, and has eaten deep into the industry. The losses recorded by the software developers and the benefits users are been deprived of, prompted many researcher to suggest different measures (legal, physical and technical) to controlling this illegality. Employing means of battling this unscrupulous act has two-edged benefits. On the side of the developers, their intellectual properties are guarded, and the gains of their labours are not been reap by another. For the users, the originality of the product is assured and the users can benefits from regular update and maintenance routines. In this paper, our focus is on the technological control of this ‘unwanted stranger’. Previous models were studied and adequately examined. The existing serial key and image splitting models were adopted to form a hybrid model type. The outcome of our design, testing and implementation, shows a reduction in the level of possible access by pirates or unauthorised users.

Institutional ranking has become a competitive trend in promoting quality education across the globe. This ranking system facilitates fare competition in terms of teaching-learning and investment among its various stakeholders namely students, teachers, parents and investors with special focus on academic excellence leading towards lucrative placement in the corporate world. The college and university ranking practice mostly conducted by leading magazines, newspaper, websites, government and academics has been primarily observed since long in the western world especially in the USA and Europe. However it has not remained confined within that territory only; rather it has expanded its boundaries and reached all corners of the world including South- East Asia as well. This article is a critical review of the existing ranking systems available worldwide with special focus on the USA and European college and university ranking practices. Thus this paper has critically reviewed various ranking systems along with their general and specific criteria such as admission acceptance rate, average alumni donation rate, average graduation rate and performance, class size, expenditure per student, faculty compensation rate, faculty with PhD or terminal degree, lucrative placements of alumni, peer assessment, SAT/ACT score and Student-teacher ratio and many more. Finally this study has highlighted many important issues relevant in our context some of which are not feasible to adopt in this very socio-economic as well as cultural context of our country. However the study has been found very significant in the context of our education system to promote fare competition among the relevant stakeholders and ensure quality education both in public and private universities leading towards pertinent placement in the Government and industrial sector.

The Buschke-Löwenstein tumor (TBL) or giant acuminate condyloma (GAG) is a pseudo-epitheliomatous proliferation belonging to the group of verrucous carcinomas. Its first description dates back to 1896. It was in 1925 that Buschke and Löwenstein made it a characteristic entity. It is of viral origin (HPV), of sexual transmission reaching mainly the ano-genital zones. It is characterized by its degenerative potential and its recurrence after treatment. TBL is a relatively rare condition and always preceded by condylomata acuminata, its annual incidence appears to be 0.1% among the sexually active adult population. It occurs at any age after puberty and predominates between the 4th and 6th decades. The infection can reach both sexes, it is frequently seen in the male sex. The development, persistence and recurrence of condylomas largely reflect the immune status of the host. Immunosuppression, chronic inflammation, lack of hygiene and HIV infection appear to be risk factors for this condition. The implication of the papillomavirus and in particular of its serotypes HPV 6 and 11 is accepted in the genesis of the TBL. Its prevention is imperative based on the treatment of condylomata acuminata and the fight against sexually transmitted diseases. The treatment must be early, it is essentially surgical requiring a wide excision. We report the case of a 55-year-old patient with a history of sexual vagrancy and repeated urethritis who consults for a penile tumor that has been evolving for 8 years. The clinical examination noted several infiltrated tumor lesions, cauliflower papillomatous lesions of the root and ventral surface of the penis, fetid and painless. The ganglionic areas were free. HIV, syphilitic and hepatitis B and C serology were negative. Treatment consisted of surgical excision with skin covering adjacent to the skin. The histological examination of the excision piece revealed an important papillomatous hyperplasia of the epidermis and some koilocytes in favor of a giant condyloma. After 2 years of retreat, we did not find any recurrence.

In today’s world technology is getting more advanced, we have new technology for our personal living, even at home. Home automation is becoming more popular around the world and is becoming a common practice. The main concept of home automation is to automate everything in the house which can be done using technology to control and do the tasks that we would do manually. In this paper, we illustrate use of remote devices such as mobile phone, tablet or desktop and laptops to control, monitor the Home Appliances. In today's era, technology can enhance comfort zone of human life. Technology is evolving rapidly. By using the latest technology for home automation, we can build a fully automated home. By Using Raspberry Pi and Aurdino, a home automation system is built and is capable of operating home appliances automatically. In this paper we have implemented home automation for controlling electrical home appliances. We have provided the facility to control these devices through web as well as through mobile. Here we are using Raspberry Pi-3 as a server and Arduino to get the signals and send the same to the server. This paper proposes a very economical system for home automation.

The bladder Adenocarcinoma is an extremely rare urological entity. We report the case of an 80 year old patient. The Cystoscopic exploration found a solid tumor located at the anterior side, the rest of the bladder mucosa was featureless. The anatomopathological study showed the presence of an adenocarcinoma with glandular architecture. The immunohistochemical study showed a positive labeling of the tumor cells by the anti CK 20, with an absence of nuclear labeling of ?-catenin, thus confirming the primitive bladder character of the mucinous Adenocarcinoma. Due to the localized appearance of the tumor an anterior pelvectomy with drainage type cutaneous ureterostomy was performed.

The combination of cystitis and emphysematous pyelonephritis is a serious but rare, the prognosis is related to renal damage. CT is the gold standard that allows the diagnosis and establishes a radiological classification with prognostic value. The therapeutic approach is based on The Early antibiotic treatment is systematic. Percutaneous drainage is the first step therapy in most cases,but should not delay a possible rescue nephrectomy. We report a case of emphysematous pyelonephritis associated with emphysematous cystitis in a 26 year old woman. Early diagnosis allowed conservative treatment with appropriate antibiotic therapy and urinary drainage catheter. The outcome was favorable.

Paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis is a rare clinical entity. It is clinically manifested by neuropsychiatric disorders that accompanies or precedes most often the discovery of the cancer.We report an interesting case of paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis with anti-Ma2 antibody in a man of 51yers with only apparently benign microcalcification of the testes on imaging, and whose histopathological examination revealed a seminomatous germ cell tumor.

This paper analysed cowpea markets and consumers’ preferences in Ogbomoso metropolis using a household hedonic approach. 60 cowpea sellers were selected by a purposive random sampling technique in four major markets from Ogbomoso North (Sabo market and New Waso market) and Ogbomoso South (Arada market and Caretaker market) Local Government Areas of Oyo State, Nigeria. 50% of the cowpea sellers were male and female respectively. 96.67% of them sell more than one varieties. 96.67% of respondents sell a combination of varieties i.e. Peu/Drum, Sokoto, Mala, Olo and Oloyin for their nutritive value, popularity and availability which may be used for boiled whole grain cooking, fried cowpea balls (akara), and steamed cowpea cake (moin-moin). Over 50% of respondents (cowpea marketers) use storage chemical which reduces the attack of weevils to be able to sell cowpea that has no or few numbers of bruchid holes. The mean prices of peu/drum cowpea, sokoto cowpea, mala cowpea, olo cowpea and oloyin cowpea are ?359.67, ?291.83, ?324.00, ?376.00, and ?394.17. The analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) which was used capture price-quality relationship of the type of cowpea purchased by consumers revealed that there is a significant relationship between the number of holes in each of the cowpea varieties and their respective prices in the various markets sampled in the study area. Hence, the numbers of holes appear to be the major determining factors affecting the prices of various cowpea types in the study area.
