The study compared the IT benefits in Malaysia with Nigeria construction industry using data obtained from internet for information on Malaysia while it relied on primary survey to elicit information on Nigeria. SPSS 17.0 statistical package was used for the analysis to arrive at the result. The Descriptive analysis (DS) showed a summary of the results from likert scales while Factor analysis showed the reduction of factors by combining the data. Tables were placed in sequence for both countries for easy comparison and quick deduction. The study showed awareness of IT benefits in the two countries with Malaysia a bit ahead of Nigeria. However, Investment in both countries is low; Component Principal Analysis in Malaysia revealed three components i.e. improving profitability, Improving Management and Increasing Flexibility. In Nigeria it is four with Increasing Market share. Literature also revealed that local construction industry in Malaysia was impeded by insufficient bandwidth, lack of training and unavailability of expert users. Whereas, this study showed 14 items as responsible factors affecting IT Facilities procurement in Nigeria with cost and erratic power supply on the lead with 4.851 and 3.9149 mean scores respectively.

Although the mean of combine losses is about 4-5% in advanced countries, unfortunately in Iran is about 20% and higher. In order to obtain little loss it is necessary that product process such as cutting, convayting, threshing, separating, etc., would be optimized. Threshing is one of these processes which has more effect on combine performance. Reduction of MOG passing concave could reduce the load on shoes that would increase cleaning system efficiency and decrease foreign materials in the bin. In order to evaluate effecting parameters on MOG passing concave, experiments were conducted in 4×3×3 factorial pattern with Randomized Blocks design. Independent variables in this experiment were, stem height, feed rate, threshing clearance ratio and rotational speed of threshing cylinder. To offer an intelligent model to forecasting of MOG passing concave and evaluating of these parameters’ effects on MOG passing, Neurosolution was used. Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) network with four inputs and one output was used to analysise. Results showed that the amount of MOG passing concave had dependent to rotational velocity of threshing cylinder, stem height, feed rate and threshing clearance ratio, respectively. The amount of MOG passing has increased with reduction in stem height, feed rate, threshing clearance ratio and speed up of threshing cylinder.

Phellinus is a genus of fungi belonging to the family Hymenochaetaceae from order Aphyllophorales. Phellinus spp. causing white rot of various kinds in live standing or dead gymnospermic and angiospermic wood occurs worldwide. A total number of 427 records (310 species, 06 sub-species, 42 varieties and 69 formas) of Phellinus are reported worldwide so far. The current study was based on thorough world literature survey for the host range of Phellinus species. About 91 plant families shows infection of Phellinus spp. Amongst all the families, genera of Fabaceae are found to be most susceptible, followed by Rosaceae, Myrtaceae, Cupressaceae, Caesalpiniaceae, Ericaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Lauraceae, Meliaceae, Pinaceae, Rubiaceae Arecaceae, Fagaceae and Olecaceae are also amongst the most frequently infected families. Quercus is the most frequent host of Phellinus.

In the article, the researchers are trying to figure out what factors with in an organization enhance and effects team performance. At one end miss management at any level can result into a disaster in teams with in an organization, while effective and efficient integration of few factors can help team out perform beyond their desired vision. In the article team performance is measured based on four factors: leader skills, substitutes for leaders, collective effort, and empowerment. The result suggests that effective and efficient utilization of this model can enhance team performance within an organization. Design/methodology/approach: Model based approach is used which contains four factors that helps understand enhancing team performance in any group or team with in departments in any organization. Findings: With in groups or teams, a path can be defined or determined for integration of effective and efficient management of teams and results.

The study was designed to examine the students’ satisfaction with the existing facilities provided by their university. Main objective of the study was to weigh students satisfaction related with skills based educational experience, university resource and personal development. The population of study was comprised of public university. Random sampling technique was used to draw representative sample from the population and sample size was 100. A questionnaire was used as the instrument for data collection. The questionnaire was comprised of 30 questions which were categorized into four categories to measure students satisfaction related to areas of skills development, university resources, educational experiences and personal development. The collected data was tabulated, analyzed and interpreted in the light of objectives of the study. Results revealed that students are overall satisfied with university resource, than other variables of satisfaction. Most of the students are satisfied with the aspect of university resources which includes library resources, use of AV aids, internet and computer facilities, photocopy shop and parking.

The major purpose of this study was to explore the need of career counseling at university level. Descriptive style of research was applied to execute the requirements of the research objectives. University students were population and six departments of two public sector universities were selected as sample. Sample size was 171 of university. total. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Questionnaire was developed as an instrument for data collection for the research. Findings reported that students did realize the need of career counseling at university level and they considered need of career counseling essential for career consultation and decision making for the purpose of selection of suitable courses at university level for their future career. There were found gender significant gender differences where female students were found more in favour of career counseling than male students.

In this work, the spectral properties of 5-bromo-2-methoxybenzaldehyde (BMB) are studied using density functional theory (DFT) employing B3LYP/6-311++G (d) and B3LYP/6-311++G (d, p) levels of theory. There are four conformers, C1, C2, C3, and C4 for this molecule. The computational results diagnose the most stable conformer of BMB as the C1 form. The optimized geometrical parameters obtained by B3LYP/6-311++G (d, p) method show good agreement with experimental X-ray data. The electric dipole moment (m) and first hyperpolarizability (?) values of the investigated molecule are computed using scaled quantum mechanics (SQM) method. The calculated results also show that the BMB might have microscopic non-linear optical (NLO) behavior with non-zero values. A study on the electronic properties, such as HOMO and LUMO energies, is performed. The isotropic chemical shift computed by ¹H and ¹³C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) chemical shifts of the BMB calculated using the gauge invariant atomic orbital (GIAO) method also shows good agreement with experimental observations.

In today’s dynamic business environment, the ability to improve business performance is a critical requirement for any organization. The importance of real time access has continually risen, based on Internet development and growing sources of information. As a result, firms collected huge quantities of data & relative new business tools in their effort to understand their business evolution, enhance their performance and create a strong relationship with the employees, clients and partners. The use of information systems has led to the recognition of the importance of quality management in the competitive environment. However, only few companies have taken actions to measure and enhance the quality of information& technology. One of the main attributes that a company with good efficiency could have is that it could expand the information & technology services from its business strategies, goals and needs. The main objective of this paper is to present relationship between objective, decision and performance for all hierarchical levels within a company, by identifying key factors and performance indicators, and present information tools that support performance management and decision making.

Transitioning IPv6 takes several challenges and hurdles. Significant work has been carried out to different transition scenarios to prove their suitability is under research. It is observed in the literature that the Internet infrastructure still has not significantly migrated from IPv4 to IPv6, even after the introduction of IPv6 in 1995. While IPv4 and IPv6 Internet infrastructures co-exists together, IPv4 mobile users should not be restricted to utilize only IPv4 based networks and IPv6 mobile users should not be restricted to utilize only IPv6 based networks. The current Internet protocols IPv4 and IPv6 adopted for the Mobile Internet connectivity provide facility for roaming of IPv4 mobile node into IPv4 based networks and facility for roaming of IPv6 mobile node into IPv6 based networks. This paper highlights the need of mobile Internet connectivity while roaming of IPv4 mobile node into IPv6 based networks and similarly while roaming of IPv6 mobile node into IPv4 based networks by providing inter-mobility and interoperability between IPv4 and IPv6 mobile nodes when they are in each other’s IP networks. This paper also emphasizes that more research have to be carried out, to design an integrated architecture addressing, inter-mobility and interoperability for IPv4 nodes in IPv6 networks and to design an integrated architecture addressing, inter-mobility and interoperability for IPv6 nodes in IPv4 networks.

The work is devoted to solution of an actual problem – the problem of relation between geometry and natural sciences. Methodological basis of the method of attack is the unity of formal logic and of rational dialectics. It is shown within the framework of this basis that geometry represents field of natural sciences. Definitions of the basic concepts "point", "line", "straight line", "surface", "plane surface", and “triangle” of the elementary (Euclidean) geometry are formulated. The natural-scientific proof of the parallel axiom (Euclid’s fifth postulate), classification of triangles on the basis of a qualitative (essential) sign, and also material interpretation of Euclid’s, Lobachevski’s, and Riemann’s geometries are proposed.
