In knowledge-based economics, products and organizations live and die based on knowledge. Today, intellectual capital and human Resource productivity that are used for organizational value increase and creation are one of the most important anxieties of managers in each organization. This research has been also done by objective of exploring intellectual capital effects analysis on human Resource productivity. Present research method is surveying-descriptive and according to objective it is applicable. Statistical society of this research is Isaco company that 200-person sample by simple random method have been selected using statistical sample volume determination formulation of Cochran and a questionnaire was distributed among them which validity and perpetuity have been confirmed to gather data and after gathering, they have analyzed using correlation test. Results obtained show that intellectual capital in 99% confidence has great effect on human Resource productivity. Moreover, obtained results indicate that feedback elements organizational support, job cognition improvement, motivation, deciding validity, employees’ ability and adaptation with environment.

This paper introduces the new form of set namely Fineutro set and lays a foundation to discuss its behavior. Also we have defined Fineutro topological spaces.

Numerous schemes have been proposed for secure routing and Intrusion Detection for ad hoc net- works. Yet, little work exists in actually implementing such schemes on small handheld devices. In this paper, we present a proof-of-concept implementation of a secure rout- ing protocol based on AODV over IPv6, further reinforced by a routing protocol independent Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for ad hoc networks. Security features in the routing protocol include mechanisms for non-repudiation and authentication, without relying on the availability of a Certificate Authority (CA) or a Key Distribution Center (KDC). We present the design and implementation details of our system, the practical considerations involved, and how these mechanisms can be used to detect and thwart malicious attacks. We discuss several scenarios where the secure routing and intrusion detection mechanisms isolate and deny network resources to nodes deemed malicious.

This study investigated the impact of some demographic factors and emotional intelligence as correlates of perceived job stress. Emotional intelligence (EI) is seen as an individual’s capacity to appropriately regulate his/her emotions, and to use the information to guide one’s thinking and action. The workplace had become a high stress environment. Employees experience high level of stress due to various factors such as high workload, tight deadlines, high targets, type of work, among others.Stress in the workplace reduces productivity, increases management pressures, and makes people ill in many ways. Workplace stress affects the performance of the brain, including functions of work performance; memory, concentration, and learning. The study examined if there will be a significant positive correlation between EI, gender and ageon perceived job stress. The study employed the use of a survey design by gathering data from a sample of two hundred and thirty-nine (239) respondents. Questionnaires were used to gather information. Three hypotheses were tested and the results showed that there was a significant relationship between EI and perceived job stress(r = .743**, N= 239, P < .01). Also, the t-test analysis revealed that there was a significant effect of gender on perceived job stress (Crit-t = 1.96, Cal.t = .441, df = 237, P < .05).T-test findings also revealed that there was no significant effect of age on perceived job stress(Crit-t = 1.96, Cal.t = -0.60,df = 237; p > .05).It was recommended among others that employers should take a serious effort to ensure that their employees are well trained on EI constructs, encourage a good team-working ability and cooperation, and involvement in task by every employee should be emphasised which will invariably reduce stress at work.

To further speed up the drilling operations and thus further reducing costs and lower risk operations, we can simulate and predict the conditions to achieve desired results. Many factors are effective in rate of penetration. Neural network modeling for the relationship between these variables is very important and many help to optimization the process. In this paper, Using Bourgoyne and Young's equation explains the relationship between these variables. The first step in the application of neural networks made model at the starting drilling point of well. Neural network data can be divided into three parts. 70% of data for network training and 15% of the data for the network Validation and 15% of the data for network sensitivity analysis has been assigned. With increasing global attention to the topic of ethics and quality of information in the accounting profession, in this paper an attempt has been made to the research vacuum in the corner of the financial manager explained the moral perspective on the quality of financial reporting to be filled. In this study, the ethical perspective of financial management as the independent variable is the moral status was assessed with a questionnaire. Quality and usefulness of financial reporting used to be correct financial reporting as dependent variables were examined. The aims of the present study include applied research, in terms of how to collect the required data from the standpoint of descriptive and correlation research is considered. For data analysis software (SPSS) was used. Based on the results obtained from the ethical perspective of financial management and financial reporting, there is a significant relationship; It is recommended that companies choose their money managers not only scientific and practical aspects of management should be considered But the ethical aspect of the study is important for managers should pay special attention to ethics and corporate managers have a choice.

The present study was intended to investigate possible relationships of the development of EFL teachers’ possible selves with teacher efficacy and students’ achievement. Eighty seven teachers selected from different Language Institutes participated in this study and filled in EFL teachers’ Possible Selves Development Questionnaire as well as Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (TSES). The participants were also requested to specify the mean scores of the achievement tests they administered to their students in the previous term. The results of data analysis indicated significant relationships of teachers’ possible selves development with their self-efficacy and students’ achievement. To investigate which components of possible selves might have more predictive power in predicting teacher’s self-efficacy and student’s achievement, regression analysis was run. The four subscales of possible selves – ideal, ought-to, actual, and feared selves- were found to be good predictors of teacher self-efficacy and only three subscales of possible selves including ideal, ought-to, and actual selves were strongly correlated with student’s achievement. We conclude by suggesting that a sense of self-efficacy as well as a concern for students’ achievement should be incorporated into the possible selves of EFL teachers.

In-service training of teaches is a systematic process and wide infrastructure that requires extensive communication to execute any program in order to ensure maximum involvement of all those who are associated with educational enterprise, one or the other way like teachers, administrators, curriculum-developers, research workers, teacher trainers, specialists, etc. In-service training programs actually provide an opportunity to those who are trained but in experienced. This type of training facilitates professional learning and helps teachers to abreast themselves with the upcoming knowledge, educational developments and innovations but unfortunately there are numerous problems that interrupt when these programs are intended to commence. So in order to overcome expected problem, a model has been suggested in this article that will conducive for resolving problems of in-service teacher training and it will provide an insight in order to certify successful and more beneficial planning of such programs. Improvement in any education system can only be made when teachers are given upmost priority and their in-service training is considered mandatory in order to meet new challenges. In brief to deal with modern challenges, teachers’ professional development or in service training is imperative, as said by John Cotton Dana: “Who dares to teach must never cease to learn”.

To survive and stand out in the new economy, the HRD climate is of fundamental substance to the Indian public sector organizations. The human resource of an organization must be best managed for its development and success. The economic development of a country can be achieved through exploration of natural resources, availability of physical and financial resources, and international aid. However, none of these factors is more significant than the efficient and committed manpower of the country. The present study investigates the status of HRD Climate that exists in the public sector of Indian Telecom Industry. A case study of BSNL has been done and the survey questionnaire technique has been employed to retrieve the respon ses of 125 employees working in the organization. Student t-test has been applied to examine the prevalent climate in the organization and to observe significant difference among them. Findings of the study highlights that there exist an average HRD Climate in public sector of Indian telecom industry.
