The present article discuses the problems of new Unitary Quantum Theory in its applications to the different aspects of the reality. There are spectacular examples of such applications.

Platelets play important physiological role in blood and participate primarily in thrombosis and hemostasis. However, they are highly activated in case of obesity and therefore contribute to the thrombosis and hemostasis. Obesity and MtS result into the thrombosis and hemostasis. Thus this work studies about how these adipokines and cytokines affect the platelets activity in obesity could help us in developing precise intervention to counter the obesity related vascular insufficiency.

This paper is examined the brunt of private enterprises expenditures in economic growth in Nepal which is well understood and recognised. However, most of the theoretical and empirical research on determining this role has focused on the impact of public investments, implicitly pretentious that recurrent expenditure of the government is more or less irrelevant from the standpoint of economic growth. Using Nepali data, this study not only reiterates the positive impact of public expenditure on economic activity but also highlights that primary recurrent expenditure is about as much important as public investment in enhancing economic activity. This is perhaps because in Nepal government’s development expenditure has more inherent inefficiencies than recurrent expenditures, as prolonged fiscal adversity has stripped that latter to “bare bones” to contain large inefficiencies. However, this also implies that simply creating structures and infrastructure is not enough to accelerate economic growth. Each structure has to be adequately financed for its operation and maintenance to give optimum results, which is done from recurrent spending. As such, this study points to a rethink on the role of private expenditure and its impact on growth, especially the composition of expenditure also.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of transformational leadership by head teachers in Sotik Sub County and its relationship to teacher job satisfaction. This study was conceived after the realization that there had been increased cases of teacher attrition (transfers and resignation) in the past three years. For example, teachers’ transfers had been increasing by 5.2 percent annually while teachers resigning from their jobs had been on a steady increase. The objectives of the study were to establish the extent to which head teachers apply intellectual stimulation approaches and individualized consideration, on teachers’ job satisfaction in Sotik Sub County primary schools. The theoretical framework for this study was based on transformational leadership theory developed by Burns (1978) and elaborated by Bass (1985). The study adopted an ex post facto and descriptive survey research designs. The study was conducted in Sotik Sub County, Sotik County. The target population for the study comprised of 52 head teachers and 667 teachers employed by TSC. The sample size studied comprised of 16 head teachers who were purposively selected and 200 teachers who were selected using stratified and simple random sampling methods. The study collected data using revised MLQ and MSQ questionnaires by Bass and Avolio (1997). The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability prior to being used in the field. The data collected from the field was analyzed using mixed method approaches. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version 20) aided in data entry, coding and analysis of quantitative data from questionnaires. In presenting analysed quantitative data, descriptive statistics indicating frequency, percentages, means, and standard deviations were executed to analyze the data quantitatively while inferential statistics: multiple regression analysis and T-test correlation were used to check on the relationship between various transformational leadership strategies and teachers job satisfaction. For qualitative data, themes and sub-themes were used to classify data from interviews. Tables, graphs and pie charts were used for presentation of the analyzed data. The results of the study showed that 58.3% of teachers’ job satisfaction was explained by transformational leadership style exhibited by head teachers in public primary schools in Sotik Sub County. Correlation results on the independent variables showed that there was significant correlation (p<0.01) between; individualised consideration (r=0.613), and intellectual stimulation (r=0.735) and job satisfaction of teachers. The study recommends that head teachers should be role models, they need to be ensuring effective communication between them and teachers, they need to provide and articulate clear vision to teachers and support continuous professional development programmes for teachers in their schools. The study is significant to head teachers, teachers, school board of management, and Ministry of Education and future researchers.

This study is designed to examine the effect of undersupply of fuel on the distribution of agricultural produce in Ogbomoso Agricultural Zone of Oyo State. A multi stage sampling procedure was used in selecting 120 respondents for this study. Primary data were collected through administration of both well-structured questionnaire and interview schedule to elicit information from agricultural produce distributors. Data collected were analysed using both descriptive and inferential statistics to present the socio economic characteristics of the distributors and test the hypothesis respectively. The result of the finding revealed the socio- economic characteristics of the respondents such as year of experience of the respondents, the mean years of experience is 26years which means that the people have gained enough knowledge about farming and distribution of agricultural produce which could assist them in effective distribution and increase their income, it was also discovered that farming is the main economic activity of the people in the study area and this can bring higher productivity and make agricultural produce available and cheaper for distribution. The result of the finding also shown that the cost charge on transportation of agricultural produce is very high, which in many cases hinder distribution and lowers the distributors income and the quantity that will be distributed, it was also observed that the major causes of undersupply of fuel are: the mode of fuel distribution, oil marketers strike, NUPENG strike and prices at which fuel is sold. It was also revealed that fuel is one of the factors which greatly affect the distribution of agricultural produce in the study area. Based on the findings of the study it was recommended that there is need for awareness about distribution of agricultural produce for the youths in the study area. More effort should be employed on the part of fuel marketers so as to effectively distribute fuel and avoid frequent strike. Black market should be discouraged so as to avoid hoarding of fuel and inflation of fuel prices and to ensure availability of fuel all year round. Government should put more effort in stopping NUPENG strike, so that fuel can easily be distributed. Government should improve payment of fuel subsidy so as to regulate and maintain fuel price in the area. Effort should also be made by Government in repairing old refineries so as to ensure availability of fuel all year round. Finally, Government should make effort in providing security on fuel pipes, to avoid underground drilling of fuel by exorbitance. 

 This study examines the willingness to pay for safe water by households in Ejigbo local government of Osun State. Eighty respondents were selected for the study. A multistage random sampling technique was used to select the respondents. The data used for this study are mainly primary data through the use of structured questionnaire administered via personal interviews emphasizing on the importance of safe water and willingness to pay for safe water among households in Ejigbo Local Government Area. Descriptive statistics such as tabula presentation, frequency distribution, cumulative percentages and mean were used to analyze the slated objectives. The Logit model was also used to test for the formulated hypothesis. The study revealed from the socio-economic characteristics that majority of the respondents is male while most of them are within their youthful age. Sixty percent are married, 55% of them have a household size of between 1 and 5. More than four-fifth (80%) of them get their water from wells and boreholes, 62.5% treat their water before consumption, 47.5% have a record of one illness or the other. Two-third (67.5%) prefer other water sources. The highest percentage of respondents (56.3%) was willing to pay for safe water. Marital status is statistically significant at 5% with a value of 2.079, these shows that marital status has a positive significance with the willingness to pay for water. Primary occupation is statistically significant at 5% with a value of -2.227, this implies that it has a negative significance with the wiliness to pay for safe water. Secondary occupation is statistically significant ay 5% with a value of -2230, this implies that it has negative significance on the willingness to pay for safe water. Age, primary occupation and secondary occupation have a negative marginal effect on the willingness to pay for safe water in the study area with a value of -2.192,-2227 and -2230 respectively. Even though significant, and increase in these three variables will not raise the morale to willingly pay for safe water. Conclusion was drawn that most of these respondents are willing to pay for safe water but a lot of factors inhibit their willingness to pay such as price, distance to the source of water supply and availability.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the instructional practices used among teachers and students in teaching Citizenship Education through History and Government at the secondary school level. The study adopted qualitative research with a multiple case study design. Data was collected using Observation schedules, interview schedule and focus group discussion guide. Data was analyzed using grounded theory and constant comparative technique. The finding of the study revealed the domination of classroom activities over outdoor activities. The study recommends for a curriculum review to introduce competence learning that will enhance the use of both classroom and outdoor activities.

A new semi-organic crystal of L-Alanine oxalate monohydrate has been grown from saturated solution by slow evaporation technique at room temperature. The grown crystal was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The vibrational frequencies of various functional groups in the crystals have been derived from FTIR analysis. A wide transparency window useful for optoelectronic applications is indicated by the UV studies. The thermal behavior of the crystals has been investigated by TG/DTA analyses. The mechanical strength of the grown crystals was estimated by using Vicker’s microhardness tester. Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) efficiency of the powdered material of L-Alanine oxalate monohydrate (LAOM) tested by using Kurtz method.

The aim of this study was to investigate the radiological effects of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) diode laser on the fracture healing in the distal third of radius in dogs, 18 male adult street dogs were used, and Transverse fracture induced in the distal third of the radius under general anesthesia using the combination of ketamine hydrochloride (15 mg/Kg.B.W) and xylazine (5 mg/Kg.B.W), then fixed by (Gypson), with window to facilitate direct irradiation of the laser therapy. The animals were divided into two equal groups each contain 9 dogs. Control group left without laser irradiation, treated groups which received daily single dose of LLLT (850 nm, for 5 minutes at 72 hours interval for 14th days). The radiological findings were represents early new bone formation in the treated group at end of the 1st wk, compare with the control group. This new bone formation became more dense in the end of the 3rd wk in the treated group with slightly disappear of the fracture line and signs of bridge formation at the fracture sites ,compare with the control group which appear slight new bone formation in the same period. At the end of the 6th wk complete radiological union in the treated group, while in the control group at the same period the fracture line still visible with no radiological union. The conclusion is the LLLT accelerated fracture healing in the distal third of radius in dogs.

In this study, we concluded the Conformal Lagrangian Dynamics on (TM, ?,J) , being a model. Finally introduce, some geometrical and physical results on the related mechanic systems have been discussed.
