Human resources nowadays is one of the key factors in the issues raised from information security. Consequently, there has been a shift in information security from mere concentration on technology to human resources. An effective issue in this field is security culture which is influenced by several factors. The main purpose of the present study is to survey the relationship between knowledge management and security culture in Iran Telecommunication Center. Sample group size was determined using Morgan Jersey’s Table (n = 114). Furthermore, a questionnaire was used for data gathering. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire was determined using content validity and Cronbach Alpha respectively. The relationship between security culture and knowledge management was examined by path analysis in AMOS. The results confirmed significant relationship among generation, utilization, and dissemination of knowledge and relationship between security behavior and information security culture.

The study investigated constraints and extent of access to productive resources and agricultural services among women farmers in Anambra State, Nigeria. Specifically, it identified income generating activities of women farmers in the state, identified the productive resources and agricultural services available to them and determined the extent of availability of the resources and services and constraints to accessing the resources. Purposive random sampling technique was used to select a total of 120 women farmers. Data were collected with aid of a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, percentages and frequencies. Results showed that majority (60%) of the respondents are married and a majority (50%) has formal education. It was further revealed that the respondents had diversified income generating activities with a majority engaging in processing of agricultural products (98.3%) and farming (95.8%). The results also showed that majority of the respondents indicated labour as the most available productive resource in the area. On the extent of access to productive resources, the result revealed that labour (x=3.0) and processing facilities (x = 2.50) are the accessible productive resources. Finally, the result revealed sharing of knowledge (x = 2.56) and marketing facilities (x = 2.98) as the only agricultural services accessible to the farmers. Constraints encountered lack of capital, poor electricity connection, lack of access roads, poor radio signals, illiteracy among others. It was recommended that the existing land ownership policies in the country should be reviewed to promote ownership by women farmers and extension education/visit be improved as well.

The study evaluates the effects of land rights on agricultural investment in Imo, State. Simple random sampling technique was used to select 120 respondents from the list of farmers obtained from the Extension agent in-charge of Okigwe Agricultural Zone. The mean age of the respondents is 49.5. The respondents are married with over 60% educated, have large family size, and small farm size of 0.5-1ha. The existing tenure systems are purchase, inheritance, pledge, communal and rent. The respondents (87.5%) have use rights only. Land right affect enhance household food security, bolster family economy, increase optimal land use by farmers, eliminates fear of eviction, encourages investments, allow the development of an off farm economy and improve family stability. We concluded that secure land right is a veritable tool for poverty reduction, food security and agricultural investment. The benefits include bolstering family economy, enhancing household security and increasing optimal land use by farmers. It was therefore recommended that policies should be made by government for improving tenure security. Land should be made available to enhance agricultural production and programmes to increase the standard of living and the purchase of land should be introduced by the government.

This paper is devoted to obtain a proof of Beal’s conjecture. In this paper we have given proof of Beal’s conjecture for the following two cases. Case 1:- If (x, y, z) = (mn, m, mn+1), then same prime divides A, B and C ;?A,B,C,m ,n?N&m>2. Case 2:- If (x, y, z) = (m, m, m+1), then same prime divides A, B and C,; ?A,B,C,m?N ,m>2.

The aim of this paper is to prove that the women of today undergo self transformation breaking barriers to attain their goal bringing forth societal transformation. Achieving economic independence is the priority and that is dealt with special reference to Nilima in Amitav Ghosh’s novel The Hungry Tide. Nilima, one of the major characters stands as an evidence to Ghosh’s anti patriarchal sentiments and pro feministic attitude demonstrated through her portrayal as a confident and a revolutionary woman. The paper further attempts to trace the efforts put forth by Nilima to constitute a trust titled Badabon Trust in expanding phases, fighting the masculine power, suavely negotiating with superstitious mindset of the tribes etc. and to establish the trust as a model NGO working for rural India. Nilima, a self made woman evolves as a facilitator not only building a hospital but equipping it with electric supply, and providing economic self-sufficiency to the tribal women and to the inhabitants of Lusibari. Nilima’s main objective is to manoeuvre the natural resources to revive the socio economical conditions of women and make them self sufficient and independent to live their lives with dignity, respect and freedom.

Nowadays, literacy is one of the major challenges that society has been faced, especially in developing countries and on the other hand literacy and learning science are considered as important factors in social, economic, and cultural development of anyone. In this regard, the institution of education in the community can have an inevitable role in the education of the people. Teacher as an influential factor in education can play a unique role in the activities of the Literacy Movement. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the role of teachers in the education of illiterates in community and the reason of their lack of participation in this process. The methodology of this study is functional based on the purpose and based on the nature, is descriptive - analytical. This study used documental and field studies to gather data. In order to achieve the objectives of this study in field studies a questionnaire has been used to gather data. The population of this study are teachers of Shabankareh (385 people). 193 teachers was selected based on Cochran formula and the random sampling method, for example, then the questionnaire was distributed among the target teachers and collected data were analyzed based on SPSS software (Spearman correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the hypothesis of the test) and finally recommendations and solutions have been presented to achieve the optimal level of educating the illiterate in society. The results of this study have showed that there is a significant relationship between the lack of proper planning and the participation of teachers in Literacy Movement activities. Given the importance of reducing illiteracy in the society and its role in the comprehensive development of society, the need for proper planning by relevant authorities strongly has been felt.

Problem faced by today’s communicators is not only security but also the speed of communication and size of content. Security in today’s world is one of the important challenges that people are facing all over the world in every aspect of their lives. In this paper a method is proposed in which the concept of compression and data encryption is used. In this first data is compressed to reduce the size of the data and increase the data transfer rate. Thereafter compress data is encrypted to provide security.

The Loneliness scale was developed with the objective of testing the level of loneliness of adolescents. For construction of the scale, literature on loneliness was surveyed and scanned. This scale is meant for Indian adolescents ranging between the age group of 14 to 18 years and studying in the classes IX to XII. Present loneliness scale is a 5-point self-rating scale. Every item is in the question form. Five response categories are provided for responding to every question. The scale has undergone all the steps of construction and standardization including initial and final try out and hence can be used to assess loneliness among adolescents.

Generally regarding the revision discussion and the finality of judgments in Iran, it can be said that after years of struggle for being religious or non-religious of revision discussion, the legislator Finally however it emphasized on the finality of decrees but by allowing review for most of the cases uses the exception in a way which practically leaves on single decree but a review possibility for that. Hence ,in the year of 1381 in a move to make amends past mistakes they eliminated different review possibility and detection but it didn’t succeed again because of establishing detection branches in country’s supreme court and degrading this institute to a simple court.in the year of 1385 and after that in the years of 86 and 88 by using the amendment article of 18 reduced the deficiency of the law of 1381 but yet by giving the right to review for final decrees which are against sharia to head of judiciary not only contradicts the law but questions the finality of decrees. The way used in this study is based on practical goal and an analyzing – descriptive approach.in information collection is based on library resources and by using real document. This study starts by finality definitions and after that investigates the historical course of finality and decrees violating in Iran legal system and also investigate the legal deficiency in this regard and at the end presents some suggestions for improving criminal system to achieve justice.

This paper is about vertex transitive graphs and their domination related parameters. In particular we establish that all the vertices of a vertex transitive graph have the property that removal of any vertex from the graph either decreases the value of the parameter or does not change the value of the parameter.
