Remote sensing data is used for mapping on regional scale and to delineate the structure of various tectonic belts, lineaments and fracture patterns. Lineaments and their intersections and contacts are favourable sites for localization of Kimberlite bodies, which are the main host rocks of Diamonds. The Eastern Dharwar Craton(EDC) is known for its Kimberilte pipes around Wajrakarur, Raichur, Maddur, Narayanpet etc. An IRS LISS-III image covering an area of 1440 sq.km west of Mahabubnagar town, which is located south east of Narayanpet Kimberlite field was processed and interpreted to bring out possible emplacement of Kimberlites. Kimberlite of Narayanpet is associated with ENE-WSW and E-W lineaments. By analyzing structure, geomorphology, drainage patterns derived from satellite imageries, structural zones favourable zones for Kimberlite rocks are demarcated.

Solar parabolic trough collectors are the most useful technology that directly supports renewable energy for conventional energy for water heating. But it is observed that due to ambient temperature many convective losses occur which effects the temperature variation. This article shows the practical work for increasing temperature to cover it by thin transparent glass plate which creates the oven effect and decreases its convective losses which increases the temperature and finally it increase its efficiency.

The influence of a natural extract of fenugreek on the corrosion of steel in 10 ppm NaCl and 35 ppm Al2(SO4)3 has been studied by weight loss, polarization and EIS measurements. Results obtained show that the natural substance inhibits the corrosion process. It acts on the cathodic domain without modifying the reduction mechanism. The inhibition efficiency increases with fenugreek concentration to attain 75 % at extract of 0.6 g/L of fenugreek at temperatures between 303 and 333K. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behaviour of steel indicated that inhibition efficiency is temperature dependent. The activation energy of adsorption is determined.

The effect of the addition of safflower extract on the corrosion of ?-brass in nitric acid done by chemical method (WL), electrochemical method "electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical frequency modulation (EFM) technique". The efficiency of inhibition rise with increment the concentration inhibitor, but diminishes with expanding the temperature. The adsorption of safflower on the ?-metal surface takes as Temkin adsorption isotherm. Impact of the temperature on the consumption of metal in one molar nitric corrosive was additionally mulled over. Potentiodynamic polarization studies demonstrated that safflower concentrates is blended sort inhibitor and the outcomes got from the systems are in great understanding.

Ziziphus Spina Christi Extract (ZSCE) was tested as corrosion inhibitor for aluminum in 0.5 M HCl using weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and electrochemical frequency modulation (EFM) measurements. Surface morphology was tested using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX). The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of Al in 0.5 M HCl with and without different concentrations of plant extract was studied at temperatures of 298 and 318 K. Inhibition efficiency of 85.7% was achieved with 500 ppm ZSCE at 298 K. It is evident from the results obtained that ZSCE inhibits the corrosion in 0.5 M HCl through adsorption process following Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The inhibition efficiency increased with increase in extract concentration but decreased with raising temperatures. The mixed mode of action exhibited by the extract was confirmed by the polarization studies while SEM analysis substantiated the formation of protective layer over the Al surface. The values of inhibition efficiency obtained from different techniques are in good agreement.

Strategy development in higher educational institution ensures quality and improvement of efficiency in functioning. This paper discusses the development and deployment of strategies in higher educational institutions with specific reference to Srinivas Institute of Management Studies. This paper also include the strategies to be deployed by the institution to ensure adequate information and feedback to be made available to the top management and the stake holders, review the activities of the institution and encourage and support involvement of the staff in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the institutional processes.

The authors reported a rare case of carpal tunnel syndrome occurred in old adult anti-coagulated for over ten years for hypertensive and ischemic heart desease with pace-maker.He presented typical symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome after alterning previscan with lovenox. The echographic diagnosis confirmed a hematoma on the anterior surface of the wrist who had required in emergency the surgical opening of the anterior carpal ligament and the evacuation of the hematoma. In 48 hours we obtained a best recovery.

Financial leverage is an index of how much company uses equity and debt to finance their cash-flow and improving the financial condition of the company. The objective of this study is to empirically investigate the relationship between the leverage and profitability of 13 Automobiles and allied companies listed on Karachi Stock Exchange companies from year 2010 to 2014. A Cross sectional random effect estimation for the dependent and independent variables were carried out in order to understand the direction of the impact between them. The results indicated a negative correlation between the leverage and profitability for automobile and allied companies of Pakistan.

A total of 14 different Petroleum samples comprising of 4 crude oil blends, 7 refined products and 3 wastes from the Tema oil refinery were analyzed for 27 elements using Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (INAA). Based on the results obtained and analytical procedure used in this work, pattern of occurrence of the metal contaminants in the petroleum products and waste suggest they are native to the crude oil and its origin as no external contamination was established. It was observed from the study and previous ones that the Brass and Bonny crude oil from Nigeria have low metal contents. However, despite the low concentrations, trace amounts of these metals could be deleterious in the refinery as they can cause corrosion, catalytic poisoning, and affect the quality of refined products. They could also contribute to environmental pollution as results of combustion of fuel products and hence should be reduced or removed.

This study was undertaken for analyzing the impact of dividend payout on the stock prices, profitability, liquidity and risk of the company. Stock price and dividend payout ratio are the dependent variables of this study. It was qualitative research in which primary data was used. Data was collected with the help of questionnaire from 30 respondents. Several statistical tools and different types of techniques such as regression analysis, T-tests, correlation and covariance were applied for getting accurate and useful results. In this research one framework model was designed, that were tested with the help of five hypotheses. Rejection of null hypothesis revealed the positive impact of profitability, leverage and liquidity on the dividend payout. It was also observed that dividend payout has significant impact on the variation of stock price.
