This study examined the relationships between fringe benefits, job enrichment, and colleagues’ relationship to employees’ job satisfaction in hospitality industry. We predicted and found that all the variables were positively associated with job satisfaction. Even though the findings were consistent with prediction, fringe benefits and job enrichment however showed only a low degree of impact on job satisfaction. This may be due to the contribution of other factors such as job autonomy, working environment, financial rewards to job satisfaction.

Geophysical methods widely used in oil and gas exploration. Modeling of gravity data is used extensively to illustrate the geometry and interface between the sediments and bedrock. Which can help the salt dome, anticline folds, dome-shaped uplift of the continental platform and reef masses to be identified. There are various methods to illustrate the bedrock topography, and we will describe one of these methods in present paper. Using the upward continuation, we extract the residual gravity anomaly which in fact shows the local effect of bedrock gravity on the observed gravity. Then, according to the Oldenburg – Parker method, the residual gravity data are inversed and finally the 3D geometry the bedrock is illustrated. It should be noted that some software’s like Surfer and Excel are used in this research but the program main code is written using Matlab programming.

In recent years with the advent of technology in people’s life, the use of audio visual material to assist learners in their language learning experience especially EFL learning contexts has been integrated into the curriculum design in many countries. The use of video as an audio-visual aid in foreign language classrooms with the emphasis on communicative language teaching has attracted the attention of language teachers, SLA researchers as well as learners and it is apparent that the use of such useful learning tool can be a great help for language learning. In this study the effect of frequent exposure to audio- visual material on Iranian EFL learner shave been investigated. In order to conduct the study 40 Iranian intermediate students have been selected out of a pool of 200 based on their result in a placement test. The selected participants were randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control each containing 20 learners. The listening ability of the participants were tested by a pre-test before start of the treatment and no significant difference have been observed. After a period of two month in which the experimental group received treatment of exposure to authentic audio visual material a round of post-test was administrated and the scores obtained from two groups was compared using a t-test. It was observed that the experimental group who have received the treatment achieved significantly better scores. It was concluded that frequent exposure to audio visual material has a positive impact on improvement of learners’ listening ability.

As Ellis (1997) underscores, it is mandatory that we evaluate every single textbook used to teach a language. The present study aimedto evaluate Learning to Read English for Pre-University Students (Birjandi et. al), currently taught at Iranian high schools. To this purpose, 75 high school EFL teachers were given Litz (2000)textbook evaluation questionaire. Their answers were analyzed based on a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the textbook mostly did not live up to the teachers standards, mainly because it has ignored listening, and writing skills and does not follow a communicative approach in teaching different skills and components of language. Results of this study have implications both for teaching and material development.

The Islamic civilization paid great attention to mechanical engineering during the medieval centuries. The mechanical engineers of the Islamic Empire gave outstanding attention to measurement instrumentation including balances and astrolabes. They used balances to adjust commercial activities in the society and for engineering purposes. They succeeded to use the balance in determining the specific weights of both solids and liquids, examining the purity of precious materials and examining the constituents of alloys. They developed the Greek astrolabe and discovered hundreds of applications required by their daily life. They also devised different type of astrolabes such as the planispheric, quadrant and spherical astrolabes. They wrote 100's of manuscripts explaining the design and use of the astrolabe where some of them still surviving up to now in a large number of libraries and museums around the world. The paper discusses the contribution of Islamic scientists to the development and application of balances and astrolabes.

Cloud delivers computing resources as a service. Finest usage of cloud services is used to store information in the cloud servers. Pool of virtual servers is configured to store the users’ data with low cost. Cloud offers more advantages to the cloud users. Apart from the advantages and benefits of cloud, it has more security issues and vulnerability on the data stored in the cloud. This paper proposes asecurity service named AROMONcrypt to address the security issues in cloud storage. This security service is used to secure the data in cloud storage. AROMONcrypt uses two types of techniques to ensure the confidentiality of data namely encryption and obfuscation. This paper also describes Security as a Service (SEaaS). SEaaS provides AROMONcrypt security service from the Cloud Service Provider (CSP). Simulation is conducted with AROcrypt and MONcrypt security services considering time and security level. AROMONcrypt provides optimum security, and MONcrypt has taken minimum time.

Communities with different profiles shows the interests of community members. User and check-in venue details are used to cluster. Multimode multi-attribute edge-centric coclustering model is help to discover overlapping the communities. Overlapping communities is used to repair by replacing each edge with its vertices in edge clusters. Intermode and intra mode features are helped to us for making the process. Three intra mode features are used in the community detection process. M2 Clustering algorithm is used for community detection it is Edge clustering based on k-means and HM2 Clustering algorithm is used to detect overlapping communities of LBSNs and also called as Two-step hierarchical edge clustering. The overlapping community detection mechanism is enhanced with recommendation models. LBSNs, analyzing 1) the data source used, 2) the methodology community. 3) the objective of the community. The community are also classified with location. The system is enhanced with feature selection and feature fusion mechanism. This system also indicate the cluster of the two communities.

Harvesting solar energy has been the keen focus of study among researchers all over the globe. In the current scenario of fast depleting non-renewable resources, efforts have to be made for maximum utilization of available solar radiations. The present review studies NEILS as one of the front runner as suitable HTF for solar collectors due to their impeccable thermal properties and the various possible reasons for enhancement in heat transfer properties of NEILS.

Mineral nutrient Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Calcium showed increasing trends with increasing nematode inoculum. However, Nitrogen and Phosphorus showed significant increase at 100 nematodes and above per pot where as Ca increase significantly at 10 nematodes and above levels per pot .Potassium and Magnesium did not showed inconsistent trends, more over Mg declined at higher nematode inoculum .Meloidogyne incognita increased macro nutrient levels in roots which left adverse impact on plant physiology.

The aim of this paper is to give decomposition of a weaker form of continuity, namely fuzzy -continuity, by providing the concepts of fuzzy -closed set, fuzzy - set, fuzzy -continuity and fuzzy -continuity.
