Recent research is to recognize and rank the critical factors of success to execute customer oriented strategy management by using AHP in three levels human, process and technology. Required information of this research is gathered through two questionnaires in three individual groups, and then extracted information has been analyzed by EC software and A.H.P technology then is prioritized. What is considered as a research problem in the study is to recognize and rank the critical factors of success to execute customer oriented strategy management by using A.H.P. This research has been discussed by using the problem CSFs and the perspective of analysis of system, first by determining and prioritizing organizational CSF in the firm. Recognizing recent position of current performance of CSFs and determining the success that put human priority for the research would be studied.

The Schiff base, 3-{[(6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)imino]methyl}-5-nitrophenol, formed by condensation of 5-amino-2-methoxypyridine and 2-hydroxy-5-nitrophenol; and its metal(II) complexes{where M = Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pd} have been synthesized and characterized by %metal, melting points, IR and electronic spectroscopies. The complexes analyse as [ML(NO3)] with the exception of the Ni(II), Cu(II) and Pd(II) complexes which analyse as [MLCl(H2O)] respectively. The IR data confirm that the Schiff base coordinates via the imine nitrogen and phenol oxygen atoms; while the electronic data support a 4-coordinate tetrahedral/squareplanar geometry for the metal complexes. The metal complexes are air-stable solids, which melt/decompose on heating in the temperature range 228-390 oC; while the metal–free Schiff base melts at 208-210 oC. The in-vitro antibacterial studies reveal that the Schiff base, its Co(II) and Zn(II) complexes have a broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against Bacillus cereus, Pseudomona aeuriginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Proteus mirabilis with inhibitory zones range of 14.0-22.0mm.

This study investigated the translation of taboos from English into Persian in dramas from a skopos-based view. To carry out this study, ten dramas were chosen. Five out of these ten dramas were not performed on any stage in Iran, but the remaining five dramas were performed on the stage. The researcher chose randomly thirty taboos used in current English and Persian. Then, the obtained taboos were evaluated based on the strategies proposed by Robinson (2006). So, the statistical calculations showed that the most common strategy used for translating taboos by the Persian translators was censorship; there was no difference between translations of taboos in these two categories of dramas, because skopos had no effect on them. Finally, some interference occurred through translation of taboos into Persian.

This study was conducted to check the random walk behavior in the Karachi Stock Exchange. Daily, weekly and monthly stock returns of KSE 100 index for the period from 1st Jan. 1998 to 29th Feb. 2012 was tested by using descriptive statistics, VAR test, RUN test, KS test and unit root tests (ADF test and PP). Results of all the tests indicate that the KSE don’t follow random walk behavior and thus not weak form efficient, and there are chances of abnormal profit for the technical investors.

The present study aimed at to find out the conflicts of faculty members with responsibilities, administration and colleagues in the educational organizations. Population of the study was comprised of male and female colleges of Rawalpindi District. Sample of the study comprised of four post graduate colleges (two male and two female) of Rawalpindi District. A stratified random sample of 150 male and female faculty members were selected from each college. Results show that the female has more conflicts towards responsibilities, administration and colleagues than male. Junior staff members have high level of conflicts than senior members and married faculty members are facing fewer conflicts than unmarried faculty members.

This study seeks to assess the Impact of the Contributory Pension Scheme on employee retirement benefits of quoted firms in Nigeria. In line with this objective, the population of the study is the one hundred and eighty-two (234) firms quoted on the first- tier market of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and ten (10) quoted firms selected as sample size based on the fact that they are some of the companies that had complied with SAS 8. The study utilized data from secondary source. Data were obtained from the annual accounts and reports of the (10) quoted firms that made up the sample of the study. The time frame for the study is ten years, covering the period of 1998 to 2007. The techniques of analysis used in the study were the Student’s T-test and the qualitative grading. We concluded that even though the Contributory Pension Scheme has positive impact on employee retirement benefits of quoted firms in Nigeria, variation in application still exists among them. The study recommended an effective monitoring/supervision and enforcement of the provisions of the Pension Reform Act, 2004, in addition to effective implementation of the penalties provided by the Act on non-compliers regardless of their status or origin. The study calls on the appropriate authorities such as the government, professional accountancy bodies on academics to commission research and activities geared towards developing not only accounting policies that would ensure swift compliance with Statement of Accounting Standards (SAS 8), but strategies that would ensure optimum investments that enhance net worth and profitability of firms.

There are many researches that have been proposed for embedding data into digital video. However, most of those schemes extending data hiding technique for still images to videos by treating each single frame as a still image and embed data in intra-frame. In this paper, we propose an effective data-hiding scheme that embeds data in digital videos using the phase angle of the motion vector of the macro blocks in the inter-frame. The scheme can be applied to either compressed or uncompressed videos. Furthermore, the embedded data can be extracted directly without using the original video sequences. Our experimental results prove the feasibility of the proposed method. The method is implemented and tested for hiding data in natural sequences of multiple groups of pictures and the results are evaluated. The evaluation is based on two criteria: minimum distortion to the reconstructed video and minimum overhead on the compressed video size. Based on the aforementioned criteria, the proposed method is found to perform well and is compared to a motion vector attribute-based method from the literature.

The environmental stable isotopic (oxygen-18 and hydrogen-2)  composition of groundwater  in the crystalline geological formation underlying the Accra Plains of South-east Ghana were studied to obtain information on the recharge process.  The groundwater had an average isotopic value of –3.19‰ ?¹⁸O and –14.36‰ ?²H. The groundwater recharge takes place in fractures with the occurrence of minor evaporation. The groundwater was also affected by the mixing of various rainfall events and or surface runoff. The groundwaters at Valley View University were more depleted than the other groundwaters in the Plains indicating that the groundwater was recharge at the Akwapim Togo Mountains through preferential channels.

Currently, there are about 1,750 urban co-operative banks in India, which form 14% of the banking sector. While the focus has always been on private and public sector banks who are riding the technology wave to emerge as front runners in the global banking arena, cooperative banks, have been laggards when it comes to technology adoption. The drivers of performance for UCBs, as for any organisation, includes indicators such as increased employee satisfaction, increased customer satisfaction, financial stability, lower average time to resolution, and innovations in information and communications technology (ICT). Co-operative banks can play a significant role in rural financial inclusion if they ably take advantage of the technology in place. Besides enabling faster services, their decision to bring technology into play will open up possibilities of providing new cost-effective banking products and services to the farming community in particular. It is envisaged that post implementation of CBS including Financial Inclusion, Cooperative banks will also implement internet banking, phone banking, ATM network etc. According to industry watchers, technology deployments like CBS are a big challenge in cooperative banks. Factors such as high costs of implementation and maintenance coupled with lack of regional language software support for CBS are deterrents.

The traumatic dissection of the renal pedicle is rarely reported after blunt trauma. Clinical symptoms often fickle and rare. Thus, the diagnosis is based angio- CT; arteriography remains useful when revascularization gesture is considered. Observation: We return a case of a 23-year-old patient referred for a renal’s pedicle traumatic dissection near the aortic ostium imposing a monitoring in intensive care. Management strategies for RAD include surgical revascularization, endovascular intervention, and observation with or without anticoagulation. The late diagnosis and localization delicate forced us not to use the endoscopic embolization: the risk was too high; and with respect to the endoscopic revascularization was not possible due to lack of means. We update through a review of the literature aspects of the diagnostic and therapeutic care of the renal artery's traumatic dissection.
