This research paper concerned with the detail procedure for development of ecological inventories of a child with mild intellectual and developmental disabilities. The main purpose of this study is to develop the instrument which helps in need assessment of functional skills and development of functional curriculum for children intellectual disabilities. First stage three main environments were selected such as home, school, and community then each environment was divided into different sub-environments. The information about environment and sub environment were collected from different sources such siblings, parents, teachers and observation of the child through different instruments. Collected information were organized into catalog. The developed ecological inventories were finalized in the light of feedback received from experts. The experts reported as the best tool for assessment of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Recently, the issue of machine condition monitoring became global due to the potential advantages to be obtained from decreased maintenance costs, improved productivity and increased machine availability. Vibration technique in a machine condition monitoring provides useful reliable information, bringing significant cost benefits to industry. By comparing the signals of a machine running in normal and faulty conditions, detection of fault like journal-bearing defect is possible. This paper deal a new method of engine journal-bearing fault diagnosis based on Power Spectral Density (PSD) of vibration signals in combination with Support Vector Machine (SVM). The frequency domain vibration signals of an internal combustion engine (IC engine) with three main journal-bearing conditions were gained, corresponding to, (i) normal, (ii) corrosion and (iii) excessive wear. The features of PSD values of vibration signals were extracted using statistical and vibration parameters. The extracted features were used as inputs to the SVM for three-class identification. The roles of PSD technique and SVM classifier were investigated. Results showed that the accuracy rate of fault diagnosis of the IC engine main journal-bearing was 100%. The results demonstrate that the proposed method has the potential for fault diagnosis of main journal-bearing of IC engine.

This theory enables to explain that the emotional structure of direct healthcare workers is related to their assurance to the organization. This is an exploratory study, in which larger sample sizes transversely multiple healthcare settings ought to be observed before ultimate inferences must be drawn. Future studies must likely commence other variables such as satisfaction, effort, and even performance appraisals to define causal relationships. A significant relationship is established between emotional intelligence, emotional coping capability, and organizational commitment. In addition, emotional intellect provided as a moderating variable linking coping capability and assurance such that those direct care workers who revealed higher emotional coping capabilities were more dedicated when emotional intelligence was high moderately than low. It emerges that personality constructs such as emotional intelligence and coping ability could possibly be used as extrapolative instruments to conclude who might be most victorious in operating in the highly emotionally charged environment of healthcare. This is an important study that inspected the constructs of emotional intellect and coping ability and organizational commitment by means of a direct healthcare worker sample. It provides support for the assumption that interpersonal emotional dynamics are significant in emotionally charged environments. This knowledge could support healthcare managers in addressing the shortage and abrasion rates associated with many direct healthcare fields.

The most significant energy consumers in energy related industries are boilers and other gas-fired systems. Combustion efficiency term commonly used for boilers and other fired systems and the information on either carbon dioxide (CO2) or oxygen (O2) in the exhaust gas can be used. Efficiency increase and pollutant emission control are the most significant projects of the world. In this paper the incomplete combustion process has solved and the effect of excess air to boiler pollution has considered. The concept of equilibrium constant and molar balanceused to find unknown coefficient in combustion products. The conclusion shows there is an optimum for excess air to reduce boiler pollution and increase boiler efficiency. The conclusion also shows to reduce mole fraction of NO, CO2 and CO in a gas fired boiler, the excess must be about 10 percent.

This paper investigates modernism, postmodernism and globalization concepts. It emphasizes relations between these entities in the process of development and evolutions of societies and views this process as an unavoidable fact. Modernism and postmodernism are both directly related to the globalization process. In general, modernism is considered as an artistic and literary movement accompanied by the lack of homogeneity and conformity that developed within the mainstream of scientific realms and structuralism. Postmodernism, which is inspired by post-structuralism, means changing modern policies and functions into more developed ones. But, globalization is moving ahead, inspired by modernism and postmodernism toward fundamental changes in social life. The modernism and postmodernism views come along with a cultural sub-structure, and aims at creating fundamental economic, social and political changes in developing countries and advance. These changes are in line with development and improvement aims and interests the countries. Globalization should be seen as a continuation of modernism and postmodernism periods.

The aim of this study was to determine the amount and composition of wastes generated within all key campus operational areas to approach the best strategy for waste management. Samples were taken daily, across the main campus, for a week with one month interval in 2010. Sampling as well as determination of waste composition methods was according to standard for determining unprocessed municipal solid waste composition (ASTM D5231-92). To estimate the amount of wastes produced daily in the campus, waste handling trucks were weighed. The results showed that the campus of University of Tabriz produced 2.5 metric tons of wastes per day that more than 80% of it could be diverted through waste reduction, recycling and composting activities. Compostable organic material was the most significant waste type. Compostable organic material, plastic wastes, paper and paper products were the other important materials for the targeted waste reduction and recycling efforts. Various educational and policy strategies, that can be used to propound campus community waste minimization behaviors in the long term, are discussed.

This paper presents an experiment concerning the contribution of workplace teaching to the better understanding of ESP terminologies. Accordingly, 40 learners majoring in electronic and power engineering were selected based on a language proficiency test. Randomly, they were divided into two experimental and control groups. While the instructional material was the same for both groups, experimental group was taught at the workplace while control group was taught in an academic environment. At the end of the experiment, the findings were compared through t-test. Results after the analysis of the data indicated that who were taught at the workplace gained more ESP vocabulary than those who were taught in academic environment.

The electronic absorption spectra of 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole was recorded in the region of 190-450 nm. Quantum chemical calculations of energies, geometrical structures and electronic absorption spectra of 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole were carried out by ab initio HF/6-31+G*, DFT (B3LYP/6-31+G*) and TD-DFT /B3LYP/6-31+G* level of theory with complete relaxation in the potential energy surface. The Mulliken charge analysis indicates that the nitrogen atoms of the triazole ring and the amino group attached to the ring are the main reactive centers of 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole. The calculated HOMO-LUMO energies show that the molecule has low energy gap which implies low kinetic stability and high chemical reactivity. The study is extended to the analysis of dipole moment, EHOMO, ELUMO both in the gas phase and in the presence of solvent for comparison. Thermodynamic properties were also calculated and discussed. The calculated values of absorption wavelengths are compared with the experimental data for this molecule as a means of validation of the theoretical model used. The predicted results are in excellent agreement with the experimental ones.

Teaching is a time – honored process and the teacher is now trying to look for better content presentation skills in the light of recent tendencies to reach theory of teaching through practice in the field of learning. The day of teacher’s exclusive concern with presentation of knowledge on Herbartion lines to form apperceptive mass in the minds of learners has come under careful scrutiny by researchers like J.Piaget, D. Ausuble and Guilford. Now cognitive learning is being understood with greater insight and content presentation has become more thoughtful and technical. The practitioners have gone beyond the organization of concepts in the mind of the learner through presentation techniques. But that is not enough. How the learner moves from his personal concrete experience to reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation of it in real life situation is the new constructivist schemata which compels the thoughtful teacher to travel from his ivory tower of presentation teaching to the earth rooted learner’s constructivist approach to learning.

This paper attempts to study the determining factors of Wadiah Saving Deposits in Malaysia. It intends to examine the relationship between Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation Rate (INF), and Rate of Return (ROR) and Wadiah Savings Deposits in Malaysia. Analysis was done by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Some of the techniques used to measure the factors were Pearson Correlation, coefficient of determination (R2), ANOVAs, Multiple regression analysis, and T-statistics. Using the data from Monthly Statistical Bulletin, Bank Negara Malaysia from 2003 until 2010, and this study found that Rate of Return (ROR) influenced the changes of Wadiah Saving Deposits in Malaysia. By using T-statistics, the results showed that only one independent variables namely Rate of Return (ROR) had significant influence with Wadiah Saving Deposits while Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Inflation Rate (INF) had no significant influence with Wadiah Saving Deposits.
