TRAP sequence and conjoined twining are two congenital anomalies specified to monozygous pregnancies.This case report is a unique case of conjoined twins with TRAP sequence that conjoined from mouth of pump fetus.A 28 years old woman was referred due to active phase of labour with an ultrasonography report of conjoined twins (twins were joined at head and neck), which one was acarida acephalous fetus. At the time of operation delivery because of junction between twins at the site of mouth between pump fetus and TRAP fetus, There was no choice other than separation of twins by manual pressure.

The current global challenges of ensuring the availability of and access to food, in both quantity and quality, require deliberate and far-reaching solutions. Historically, research for development in agriculture and extension services has been a strong driving force for meeting food supply around the world. Agriculture is changing, and with it, a revised set of skills is needed to address new challenges in agriculture. As attitudes, expectations and employment in agriculture have changed, there is evidence that the skills and competencies of graduates do not meet the needs of today’s agricultural sector. Industrial development is not possible without agricultural development so, maximum people must live in the villages and help in the agricultural development, there is vast difference between rural and urban life and this should be lessened. The standard of living of rural people can be uplifted permanently only when they themselves make an effort in this direction and encourage people to take initiative; it is prerequisite that the change in the field of knowledge, understanding, skill and attitude should be brought about. Extension Education is primarily for the rural development. Its main objective is to bring necessary change in the beliefs or views of people. Extension education is an educational process by which capabilities among people are developed to understand their problems and resources. It is utilized to make scientific methods available to the rural people, so that they can raise their agricultural production and their standard of living. The aim of extension education is community development, which is possible only by bringing change in the behaviour complex of rural people. Extension education plays major role in bringing desirable change in rural people.

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated chronic inflammatory disorder of the skin. Association with kidney disease has been debated for a long time. Recently some glomerular diseases have been diagnostic in patients with psoriasis; The underlying pathogenetic mechanisms of these associations remain unclear because of the limited number of cases .We describe the occurrence of a nephrotic syndrome with minimal change disease (MCD) in a 43-year-old patient with a 20 year history of psoriasis .Evolution was favorable under corticosteroids.

The cystitis glandularis is a rare and begign tumor, usually asymptomatic and is favored by chronic irritation. It is sometimes associated with a pelvic lipomatosis. Its transformation into adenocarcinima is exceptional and occurs in cases of persistent contributing factor. Clinically,the hematuria is the dominating symptom with a pollakiuria. The treatment is various, in function of the tumoral volume and the importance of the symptomatology. The tumoral resection and the histological examination are fundamental for the diagnosis. We report 4 cases of cystitis glandularis treated in our service.

In the present work, a combined experimental and theoretical study on ground state molecular structure, spectroscopic and nonlinear optical properties of the thiophene derivative 2,3-d\Diphenyl-5-(thiophen-2-ylmethylidene)-2,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-6(1H)-one is reported. The entire quantum chemical calculations and optimized structural parameters like bond lengths and bond angles, vibrational frequencies and optimized geometry have performed at DFT/B3LYP method with cc-pVDZ and cc-pVTZ basis sets using the Gaussian 09W program package. The calculated results show that the optimized geometry parameters, the theoretical vibrational frequencies and chemical shift values show good agreement with experimental values. The FTIR and FT Raman spectra of the title compound have been recorded in the regions 4000 – 400 cm -1 and 3500 – 100 cm-1, respectively. The calculated harmonic vibrational frequencies have been compared with experimental FT-IR and FT- Raman spectra. The observed and calculated frequencies are found to be in good agreement. In addition, Mulliken atomic charges, local reactivity descriptors such as local softness (sk), Fukui function (fk), global electrophilicity and nucleophilicity of the title compound were calculated and discussed. Besides HOMO–LUMO energy gap and molecular electrostatic potential map were performed. 1H and 13C NMR isotropic chemical shifts are evaluated experimentally. Magnetic susceptibility has been determined for various range of temperature.

The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of cutting angle for locally assembly motorized vibration cutter on some operational characteristic used for date palm frond cutting. An implement was fabricated to cut the fronds around the date palm tree trunk. Three cutting angles included 45,60 and 90° was used in this study .One frond cutting time, One palm frond cutting time, cutting level, noise level, vibration ,productivity and efficiency was measured in this experiment . Complete block design with three replications was used in this study. Least significant differences (L.S.D) under 0.05 level was used to compeer the mean of treatment.The results showed that 45° cutting angle gave a lower time in cutting one frond and one palm fronds stood 2.65 sec and 2.40 min respectively, also gave less differences in surface cutting level, level of noising and vibration stood 5.28 mm,79.37 db and 5.22 m.sec-2 respectively . Also it gave the same amount of productivity with 60° cutting angle stood 8.01 palm /h. 45° cutting angle gave a high efficiency it got 80.23%, using a manufacturing equipment for cutting date palm frond was successfully done.

This work reports the numerical study of MHD free convection boundary layer flow of Casson fluid brought by vertically inclined porous surface in presence of thermal radiation and chemical reaction effects. Darcian viscous flow model for the porous medium is employed and the Rosseland diffusion approximation is used to describe the radiative heat flux in the energy equation. The homogeneous chemical reaction of first order is accounted in mass diffusion equation. The arising mathematically modelled non-linear partial differential equations of Casson fluid flow are successfully converted into linear coupled partial differential equations with the source of suitable transformation. The numerical solutions are computed through the application of finite difference method. The effect logs of an interesting physical parameters namely, Grashof number for heat and mass transfer, Magnetic field parameter, Permeability parameter, Prandtl number, Schmidt number, Thermal radiation parameter, Heat sink parameter, Chemical reaction parameter, Casson fluid parameter and Angle of inclination parameter number are discussed graphically. Further, the variations of skin-friction coefficient, heat and mass transfer rates are identified by way of tables. Comparison with the previous published literature is presented and an excellent agreement is reported.

This investigation deals with finite population loss and delay multi server queue with no passing, discouragement and additional servers. The concept of no passing has its own consideration as the customers are permitted to leave the system in the same chronological order in which they join the system. Due to no-passing restrictions, the customers can be categorized into two types (i) those who do not need service even waiting in the queue and (ii) the customers having exponentially distributed service time. Also customer is assumed to be discouraged on seeing long queue at the service station. This discouraging behaviour of the customer puts the system to loss and the customer decides not to join the queue. To overcome such situations the system organigers may facilitate the additional removable server to provide faster service. Keeping this in view the above-mentioned factors have been included in this study. By using birth death rate and product type solution, queue size distribution is established, which is further employed to derive various performance indices namely expected waiting time, average number of customers in the system and the difference between the expected waiting time of both types of customers in the system.

In the United States, foreign-born individuals are more than twice as likely to start new ventures, immigrant-owned businesses, however, fail within the first 5 years. The purpose of this single case study was to explore the strategies U.S.-based Togolese small business owners who were engaged in entrepreneurial activities in Togo. The Schumpeterian entrepreneurship theory underpinned the study and served as a theoretical reference. Interview data were collected from 20 successful Togolese small business owners who resided in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, who were engaged in entrepreneurial activities in Togo, and who had been in business for more than 5 years. Data analysis involved using coding techniques and word clustering, and qualitative data analytical software. The use of methodological triangulation enabled deeper analysis and added to the rigor of the study. The key themes emerging from the coding and thematic analysis of interviews included motivation and entrepreneurial characteristics such as risk propensity, entrepreneurial education, leadership, self-confidence, and vision. The findings of the study may improve the social and business success of immigrant business owners, and entrepreneurs may use the knowledge to improve business success, which could lead to the creation of jobs and improvement in the standard of living of U.S.-based Togolese entrepreneurs. The discoveries from the research may also contribute for the welfare of local communities in Togo, as the diaspora flow of investments and remittances from the United States may increase.

Tacrolimus has become an important cornerstone in the prevention of rejection after kidney transplantation. However, its use has been complicated by several side effects, including chronic allograft nephropathy, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and neurotoxicity. Tacrolimus-induced neutropenia is a less recognized, but potentially life-threatening complication. We describe one patient with leukopenia developing within 49 days after renal transplant. After excluding other potential causes, tacrolimus was considered the most probable culprit. Definitive proof of this hypothesis was obtained by discontinuation of tacrolimus and switching to cyclosporine, which led to recovery of white blood cell count. With this case report, we aim to make others aware of the potential neutropenia induction by tacrolimus.
